DA GROUP

A patchwork canvas of seasonal landscapes

“The land's natural shapes and character are expressed in the internal and external spaces of each villa.
The rectangular patterns come together to create a patchwork, which itself creates novel space and serves as a canvas for the surrounding landscape."

The DA Group is a young architectural group in Korea that is committed to sustainable architecture that can harmonize with the environment. Firmly rooted in environmental ideas, the DA Group creates eco-friendly buildings that harmonize with their surroundings. Block E at JEJU ARTVILLAS was designed by the DA Group as a collection of traditional Korean patchworks to the backdrop of Hallasan Mountain. The roof lines and facades of varying textures and dimensions create an accented and rhythmic skyline.
