Entrance or rooms must be accessible for wheelchair users. There is other features such as safety bar, under sink, sliding door.

Q Can I bring food in Water Park and Aqua Garden?

You are not allowed to bring in food and glass containers in the facilities in order to protect water quality and to keep the facility clean. However, you can bring in baby foods, patient foods, seedless fruits and PET drinks (except alcoholic beverage).

Q How can I get authorized with my membership number on the website.

Join in, and select My Page > Authenticate Ownership Member / Affiliate, and enter your membership number.
<Private membership>
- You and your family member can get authenticated with the card number.
<Corporate membership>
- Only the person in charge of the membership can get authorized with the representative number (last two digits are 00).
(※ Bearer member of a corporate membership cannot be authenticated.)
Q What should I do to change the person in charge of the corporate membership?

If you wish to change the person in charge of the corporate membership, the person must join in, select My Page > Authenticate Ownership Member / Affiliate, and apply for change of person in charge.
You need to enter the required information and attach the documentary evidence for approval of the administrator. When change of the person in charge is completed, notification will be sent to the phone of the new person in charge. After receiving the notice, you can use the membership service through authentication of the ownership.

No, we don't lend them. You can buy swim suits and swimming caps at the swimwear store in the ticket box lobby.
Q What is the operating time of the reservation office?

It is 09:00~18:00 Monday ~ Saturday.
Q Can I stay with my dog?

No, You can't stay with your dog.
Only Lotte Resort Buyeo operates rooms where you can stay with your dog. You need to make reservation, and use a cage in other areas except the room and the lobby.

Q Do I have to wear a swim suit?

At all the water facilities in the resort, you must wear swim suit and swimming cap.
Q Can I enter Aqua Garden, Water Park or Infinity Pool when I'm not a resort guest?

You may enter Aqua Garden and Water Park, but cannot use Sokcho Infinity Pool (1st floor).
Infinity Pool is for resort guests only. You need a ticket issued by the resort.
Q Do you have toiletries in the rooms?

There are shampoo, body wash, cotton swab, body sponge and comb in the clean rooms, while there are shampoo and body wash in the condo rooms.

[Lotte Resort Sokcho]
There are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, shower sponge, soap, towel (bath, face), tooth paste and tooth brush in the hotel rooms, while there are shampoo, body wash, body lotion, soap and towel (face) in the condo rooms.

[Jeju Artvillas]
We have Molton Brown's shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap and towel (bath, face). Tooth paste, tooth brush and razor are available at the convenience store in the Community Center.
Q Do you have self-catering accommodations?

Cooking is not allowed in the clean rooms of Buyeo and the hotel rooms on Sokcho.
Simple cooking is allowed in the condo-type accommodations of Buyeo and Sokcho, and in all accommodation in Jeju Artvillas.
(To maintain pleasant environment, please refrain from cooking meat and fish.)
Q When is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00.

Q Are there public transportations from the terminal to the resort?

[Lotte Resort Buyeo]
At 'Buyeo Intercity Bus Terminal', take the town bus (no. 403), and get off at 'Korea National University of Cultural Heritage'. However, we recommend you to use a taxi because the dispatch interval of bus is long.

[Lotte Resort Sokcho]
It is about 5 km from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal to the Resort, and about 2 km from Express Bus Terminal to the Resort. We recommend you to use a taxi.

[Jeju Artvillas]
It takes about 45 min from Jeju International Airport to Jeju Artvillas by taxi, and the taxi fare is around 35,000~40,000 Won.
There is no but to Jeju Artvillas. You should take the Airport Limousine bus, get off at Yeomiji Botanical Garden after about 40 minutes (4,500 Won). It takes about 10 minutes to Jeju Artvillas by taxi (8,000 Won).
